New BREEAM Excellent: Globus Pushkino Distribution center
In April 2021 another object of Hyperglobus company - Logistics center in Pushkino received BREEAM Excellent certificate at the stage of completed construction. Ksenia Agapova, the founder of ESG Factor, acted as the BREEAM AP.
In April 2021 another object of Hyperglobus company - Logistics center in Pushkino received BREEAM Excellent certificate at the stage of completed construction.
At the moment it is the largest complex of the German retailer in the world.
The object also won CRE Awards 2021 in the category "Industrial Real Estate".
The logistics center includes general cargo and multi-temperature warehouse buildings, as well as two overhead walkways that allow to increase the safety of employees, excluding the possibility of people passing through the maneuvering areas of trucks.
Another interesting feature of the new center is a through passage system, loading and unloading occur without crossings, which also contributes to a safe environment for vehicles and pedestrians.
The high rating was achieved through the use of energy-efficient technologies, control over the construction process, as well as the interest and involvement of the entire team.
For example, the multi-temperature warehouse is completely CO2 powered with zero global warming factor, 100% LED lighting and water saving plumbing is used, a water leakage control system is organized with the output of the signal through BMS.
