The Moscow office of American corporation Johnson & Johnson has successfully passed LEED certification. With a score of 52 points based on the results of the eco-audit, the facility was certified at the Silver level, according to the American Green Building Council's database.

Business centre Lumley Cenre in New Zealand won the BREEAM Awards 2017 in the category "First Certification in the Country" for the certification of the Lumley Centre skyscraper in New Zealand.

Chevron House in Singapore was constructed in 1993, and the asset quality was proved by BREEAM In-Use Good rating. The assessment process was initiated by an international investment fund, which owns the building. In 2016 the building won in the nomination BREEAM Country First Award - it was the 1st BREEAM certified object in the country.

Reducing the negative impact of these facilities on the environment is a key objective of the entire project team, and obtaining an international certificate will confirm its implementation.

A brief description of the FITWEL standard system. The original Fitwel standard scoring strategies and algorithm were developed and tested in 2014 in 89 buildings in various cities, suburbs and rural areas.
