Business centre Lumley Cenre in New Zealand won the BREEAM Awards 2017 in the category "First Certification in the Country" for the certification of the Lumley Centre skyscraper in New Zealand. The Lumley Centre business center was built in Oakland in 2005, and in 2017 it was certified BREEAM In-Use. The facility was rated Good for its high performance in energy efficiency, separate waste collection, comfort, and indoor environmental quality.
BREEAM Awards is a prestigious annual award designed to recognize the achievements of the best representatives of the segment of sustainable development and environmental innovation in construction.
