    What is it?
    The WELL Standard is a new standard in the construction industry whose application is rapidly gaining popularity around of the world. The standard was created to encourage buildings that contribute to the wellness of visitors and employees who are in them. The standard is modeled on the well-known LEED environmental standard, but focuses 100% on creating healthy and well-being environments in buildings. WELL is developed on an interdisciplinary basis of green building and medicine.

    Why is it necessary to certify a new building by WELL?
    The standard is a comprehensive assessment system that describes the design, operation, and behavior of users in a building, as well as ways to optimize space to improve health and well-being. The standard includes seven key assessment categories (lighting, air, comfort, mind, fitness, water, nutrition) and one hundred criteria that bring together international best practices for creating comfortable and healthy environments.

How does it work?

Preliminary assessment
Based on the available documentation, we define the project context and create a certification strategy, calculate an additional budget, and create tools to manage the certification process

Introduction of criteria
Technical task for the implementation of WELL requirements in the project allows us to clearly predict and monitor the work to achieve the target scores

Performance Verification
Verification by an independent third party (laboratory). Independent assessment of project parameters (water, air, acoustics, lighting, technical inspection of the building) that may affect the results of WELL certification, preparation of a report with recommendations for elimination of deficiencies

Obtaining a certificate
Support of the verification process of the project's key indicators, interaction with GBCI in the verification process

Annual maintenance
Certification requires annual maintenance and reporting of environmental quality maintenance data to the certifying body
